Return and Refund Policy

We offer free domestic returns for 30 days to all our customers. Purchase with confidence!

Please note: All returns must be filed within 30 days of receiving the product. Once the return window closes, we will no longer accept any returns unless we mention otherwise.

To start the return process: Please send an email to support@handmethebag.com to file your return request. Once we receive your email, we will include a return label in our response. Please send the item back carefully packaged, sticking the return label onto the package, and drop the package off to the carrier. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process the return once we receive it back at our warehouse. Once the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please Note: If you paid for expedited shipping, we cannot refund those shipping costs.

Important: All returns to HandMeTheBag.com must be received in the same condition it was sent. All items must be returned in brand new condition with the tags attached. If there are any signs of wear, tampering, damage, or the tag is removed, we may not accept the return. The item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Warranty Policy

HandMeTheBag.com is not affiliated or authorized by the brands we carry. All logos and trademarks belong to the respective brand owners and are not owned by HandMeTheBag.com. We offer our own warranty on all our products instead of the manufacturer's warranty. Watches sold through HandMeTheBag.com come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any mechanical issues that occur within a one-year time frame including dead batteries.

The warranty does not include any damage that occurred from everyday wear and tear. The warranty also does not cover broken glass on the face, clasps, buckles, damaged links, or scratched or dented watches.
