Yes, all of our items are completely brand new with the original tags.
Do handbags come with dust bags?
Dust bags are ONLY included with Burberry, MCM, and Versace handbags. The remaining brands do NOT come with dust bags. We do our best to provide information about when an item comes with a dust bag in the product description.

All of our items are in stock and shipped from our warehouse located in Longwood, Florida.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We offer shipping worldwide, excluding minor territories. North American orders will ship by land while all other orders will ship by air.

Who do you ship with?
Most orders will be shipped with UPS or USPS depending on your location and which items were purchased. For shipping outside of the United States, we offer FedEx International Economy or DHL Express.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We will ship orders on the same business day if purchased before 12 pm (EST), otherwise the orders will be processed for the next business day. Once the order leaves our facility it can take 2-6 business days to reach you. You will receive the tracking information once we have shipped the order. Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday and will be closed on weekends and major holidays.

HandMeTheBag.com is not affiliated or authorized by the brands we carry. All logos and trademarks belong to the respective brand owners and are not owned by HandMeTheBag.com. We offer our own warranty on all of our products in place of the manufacturer's warranty. Do watches come with warranty?
Watches sold through HandMeTheBag.com come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any mechanical issues that occur within a one-year time frame including dead batteries. The warranty does not include any damage that occurred from everyday wear and tear.
The warranty does not cover broken glass on the face, clasps, buckles, damaged links, and scratched or dented watches. Please contact us at support@handmethebag.com for more information or if you need to have your watch serviced.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee with free domestic return shipping. Please make sure the tag is still attached and the item is in the same new condition that we sent it. Your order will be refunded within 3-4 business days of delivery back to our fulfillment center.
Please Note: If you paid for expedited OR international shipping, we cannot refund those shipping costs.

- Please send the item back carefully packaged and stick the return label onto the package.
- Drop the package off to the carrier.
